Our Leadership
Meet the dedicated individuals guiding SIGIM's mission across the globe.
Ms. Flyn Brown
As a Humanitarian Ambassador, my ultimate goal is to completely end hunger and poverty by fostering true community self-reliance. Over the past five years, I have poured my passion into making a tangible difference where it matters most, which led to the 2021 creation of Seeds in the Ground. Operating in Ghana and Malawi, we partner with honest local individuals to source land and plant life-sustaining crops. More than just providing food, my mission centers on agroeducation—teaching farmers how to sustainably cultivate their own land so they can feed their families and support their local economy. After seeing the remarkable success of this model, I am incredibly driven to expand our reach to Zimbabwe, Jamaica, and Kenya to create an even greater, lasting global impact.
Pastor George Abaidoo
